My favorite oils for Desire Map work:
Initially, I like to recommend these oils when beginning the work to uncover our CDFs:
- Lavender- helps ease feelings of tension.* We may be tense and unsure as we begin this exploration. Lavender can assist us in releasing and easing the tightness.
- Frankincense- when inhaled, promotes feelings of peace, relaxation, and satisfaction helping our ideas to flow.
- Grounding blend of Ho Wood leaf, Frankincense, Spruce leaf, Blue Tansy flower, Blue Camomile flower, Osmanthus flower which helps to promote whole body sense of relaxation and may ease anxious feelings. Anxious feelings can cause resistance and tension which can inhibit the process from flowing.
